Kingmach focuses on geotechnical measurement and monitoring technology. The low-power 4G wireless data recorder is a typical solution to remote data collection in our product line. It is designed for monitoring points where power supply is difficult and personnel are inconvenient to reach. The internal circuit and firmware are optimized for low power consumption and can support continuous operation for several years with ordinary lithium-ion batteries. Communication uses the 4G LTE Cat.1 or Cat.M network, which has wide coverage and reliable transmission. The collected data can be pushed to your own server or Kingmach cloud platform in real time. It also supports local cache and retransmission when the network is disconnected. In terms of compatibility, it can be connected to mainstream geotechnical sensors such as vibrating wire, differential resistance, voltage, current, RS485, etc. The number of channels and acquisition strategy can be customized according to the project. We have done many similar projects and know that different sites have different requirements for sampling intervals and trigger logic, so the firmware level also leaves room for flexible configuration. Kingmach's products are originally designed to meet the actual needs of engineering. This recorder does not emphasize how extreme the parameters are. Common technical questions

What types of sensors can it accept?

Common vibrating wire, differential resistance, analog voltage/current, and RS485 digital sensors are all supported. If there are special protocols or interfaces, Kingmach can evaluate and make customized adaptations.

How long can the battery actually be used in the wild?

This is related to the sampling frequency, upload interval and local signal strength. Under typical daily reporting conditions, the built-in lithium battery can usually last for two to three years. We can give a reference estimate based on your specific configuration.

How is the data transmitted to the monitoring center?

The recorder pushes the data to your designated IP address or cloud platform through the 4G network. We can also provide Kingmach's own cloud service. A copy will be stored locally to prevent signal interruption and data loss.
